Group Cycle
Our Group Cycle studio is geared to get your heart pumping! Take your place in a 45-minute class or try an Express session when you're pushed for time - or try a new distance to explore your body's limits with endurance cycling and Les Mills RPM classes.

We've searched London for the best-in-class instructors to provide a group fitness timetable that revolves around you.
